I was contacted by Castforce to complete a reset in a "test store". It was in the Hardware Department of a Walmart store in my area.  I was told it would be a 6-8 hour job.

Upon my arrival I could see it was going to take substantially longer.  I called Castforce and was told the time was authorized and they appreciated my letting them know.  As a Retail Merchandiser of 12+ years I was more than capable of the job, however, there was an additional person that attempted the work and made a complete mess of it.  

I was not just resetting the 8 feet of pegboard but also fixing two four foot sections that were a complete disaster.  I was in contact with Castforce throughout and was assured throughout the 22 hours work over a 3 day period that I would be paid for all hours.

Because it was a "test store" I would not be reporting online but would be submitting all of the information and photos to "Nina" via email.

I did all of the work and followed through with emailing scanned copies of paperwork as well as all photographs and up until 3 days before I was to be paid I have email correspondence saying I would absolutely be paid for the work performed.

Just three days prior to when I was suppose to be paid, I received an email stating I would not be paid the $220+ I earned?  I have attempted numerous times to contact the person who had written all of the confirming emails and am cut off everytime.

I have every email that was sent from the date I was contacted until 10/12/13 when I was told I would not be paid.  I am also contacting Walmart Corporate Office and any other Office or Industry I can.
