CCA First National credit rip off LasVegas Nevada

I too recieved a letter from this company. My wife had opened it while I was at work and was excited because we need a new computer I dismissed it for about a week and tonight while I was online I decided to check into it. I looked around and the only thing I was able to find was bad reports about them so I called the company and asked simple questions like can I get the catalog before I activate the card they said no I asked why and they said they did not know what program I qualified for.

I asked how many programs were there and they said two so I asked for info on both and they could not give me info because they did not have my activation number. Oh come on if you want new customers sell your products to them.

I again asked if I can recieve a catalog and they said it was too expensive to send every one a catalog when I named some companies who do that just to get customers to become interested in their products they got very quiet and would not say anything. I then asked about the $600 they take out of my account they could not answer anything about that.

We went through three employees and no one had any I mean no answers for us they kept having to put us on hold to find out answers. Um if you work for a company and are allowed to answer phone know your stuff first. The second guy I talked with kept sniffing and caughing up crap.

Not very profesional. when I told her that I thought the whole thing was a hoax she did not even reply. I asked her where the company got their products I was informed they send someone to the street corner and then house everythind in a wharehouse in Las Vegas I am not sure if she was serious or being sarcastic but I would have never said anything like that. Anyways my card is in as many pieces as I could cut it and tomorrow it is going back to the company. I have enough trash I dont need their garbage too.
