CCA First National Credit Card ripoff, dishonest, fake, garbage, liars, scam artits, Las Vegas Nevada

I purchased this credit card thinking that they offer nice products. 1, they don't offer anything good, 2, they didn't tell me about certain offers that are required to purchase, and then they charge your account, 3, when I tried to cancel I did everything needed and they still debited my account.

You get the run around from the representatives. They explain to you but dont tell you the whole truth.

The story, I finalized everything and owed a certain amount to them. I never did purchase anything and I still owe money to them when I first tried to cancel my account. Finally , I paid all dues up to date and sent in a letter stating to cancel my account. I find out a year later, they never received my letter of intent to cancel my account. I spoke to reps. and they stated that my account was now closed (this was previously before they reinstated my account). So they say I didnt send them a letter. For all I know, they probably threw it away.

So I find out by my bank statements that they withdrew money without my consent (I did offer consent, until my account was closed). They reinstated my account, withdrew money without any notice.

Do not use this business. You will get ripped off, it is just a SCAM.

I guess you could take this the other way and say I never sent in a letter. Thats true, but in this case you'll just have to beleive me and my situation. Look at the other reviews of this business.
