CCI Camera City RIPOFF on Canon EOS 5D CAMERA Professional Package Brooklyn, New York

On 6/20/06 I call CCI Camera to order a Canon EOS 5D, Professional Package. This Package listed in CCI City Camera for $3469.00. The salesman said, the package does not include Battery, battery charger. The lens in the package (Canon 17-40mm f/4.0L USM Lens and Canon 70-200mm f/4.0L USM Lens) are not very good. He offer a better lenses which lighter and better quality). He also said he up grade 0.5 GB CF card to 1.0 BG CF memory card. and the total is $4,999.99. I will be able to get a rebate from Canon for $300. I trusted him and thought that the lenses are good upgrade deals. Next day I received the package with two different lenses (28-70mm F2.8-4 SIGMA, and 70-300mm AF SIGMA). These lenses are very chip. I call the manager and request the Canon lenses as indicated in the ad. He said you don't know the value of lenses. I insisted for the Canon lens.

After bargain, he agreed to send me different lens. Next day I received a Canon 28-135 IS USM, and a canon 75-300 EF III which are a better that the lenses he sent before (I then returned the other lenses by my own expense). But These lenses are much chipper than the lenses in the Professional package. I call and complained. The manager said. No way, we don't have those lenses. He offered to give me another lens (Canon 18-55mm)or I reimburse you $200. I said I want to see that lens. Next day I receive a Canon 18-55mm, but this lens does not fit to Canon EOS 5D. It is for Canon Rebel XT. I call and explained. The manager said he will send a correct lens for me. If you ask for the Canon lens 70-300 IS USM you have to pay $700.00 more. I can not put up with him anymore and ask him that I want to return every thing. He got upset and said. You can not return after a week. I said it is not a week get. He then threaten me that if I want to return, he is going to charge 25% from $4,999.99 (He lied to me). I don't want that to happen and get so tire with the deal. I told him to refund me $200. and I return the wrong lenses to him.

Over all, If he refunds $200 and I can get 300 rebate from Canon, the total cost is $4,099.00. This is not right. The canon EOS 5D is under $3000.00 (including a Battery and a battery charger, all cables and software, and a memory card). The lenses are about $570.00. He really ripped me off at least $600.00. What should I do about this? Please help. Thank.
