This has to be one of the most fake companies ever. I recieved my First National Card (the one with the statue of liberty in the left hand corner) a couple of weeks ago. I had been planning on trying to improve my credit hoping that this would be a way to do so. Was I WRONG!! The First National Card is a card used for online shopping so to speak or through their catalog in which they told me in the approval letter would be sent to me once approved. It sounded like a good deal, UNTIL I made the initial phone call.

Thats when my whole idea of this company really changed. I spoke to a young lady by the name of "Brandy" in which she sounded very courteous at the beginning of our conversation until I started questioning the company, the card and the process of activation. She asked me if I had the approval letter in which I had lost. I told her that she didn't need to send me a new one- I just wanted to know what this type of card was really used for.

She proceeded to tell me that she could not answer that question until I activated my card. So I told her that I wanted a full detailed description of the usage of this card. I didnt want to use it if I wasnt sure what it was about. She still insisted that she could not give out any information to me. Unless, I complyed with activation. She told me I could call customer service if need be.

She gave me 2 different phone numbers in which were both out of service!! This infuriated me to the point that I called back to speak with her again. When I made the second phone call. I asked to speak to "Brandy" and the man that answered the phone told me that there are 8 Brandys in that office which one was it. I was already heated by the run around. So I spoke to him instead asking AGAIN, what this card was used for and such. He told me that he could not explain anything in detail until I activated my card once again. But, this time HE told me I didnt need the approval letter. So that showed me right there that something was not right.

I asked him for his customer service number again because the first two I got were not in service. HE paused and mumbled like he wasnt sure of what to say. I knew already this was a fraud and I made the attempt to tell him Im getting a feeling this is a fraudulent company because of the lack of information they refused to give to me. He began to tell me in the exact words " there is no reason for you to have the customer service number, if you are not a member" The audacity of this employee is unexplainable. I really felt upset at this point, he insisted I activate the card for more details and that is where I ended the conversation by hanging up.

Please be aware that this company will do anything possible to rip you off. Be sure to warn anyone about this company they are listed with the Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada. With 2 different addresses and aprox. 8 Different phone numbers. Leave this company alone!!

Thanks
