Do not complain or report us to the BBB because WE WILL PUT YOU RIGHT BACK ON LAYAWAY! this complaining makes us feel insecure and you have the trait of a defaulting customer. (however we will continue to collect the interest on your money no problem). Now you have to pay in full before you receive your merchandise.

Thank You for your Business. This is the objective they want you to get so mad about not getting this computer in a few months, so they can put you back on layaway, then you have to pay in full. That is way you get so many excuse's about your delivery, they never did order the computer from Dell, we were waiting for nothing. We all get angry and feel rippedoff so we report it to BBB and/or other agencies, Then CEC tells you, we feel insecure, Now they want you to Drop your complaints and pay in full. One guy on this site did fall for this and he received a computer worth $500.00. There Must Be A Law Against This. We could have saved our own money all these months and bought one cheaper, But the reason we go to CEC is because they tell us after 5 consecutive payments your computer will be shipped. That never happens.
