CEC SOLUTIONS LLC GCF4ALL My was fraud by this company in the name of building my credit Mclean, Virginia

In 2009 i enter agreement with this company to do a layway programm, by first paying $99.00 and they said after making a consective payment of 5 installment that they will send my laptop to me and after making the payment, they come up with another excuse that i change my address that i need to make another 5 payment, which during that process, i went to basic traning for military career, during this process, they keep taking out money in my account through electronic, when am out they said, their company went on bankrupty and they selected some customer which am among them and they transfer my account to another financial institution named Duvera and the company told me that they want to pay all my balance before they will send my laptop to me, now i have the payment since November 16 2010 and i have not recived my laptop, i send them an e-mail after i make the final payment and they replied that i will get my laptop by 26 Dec 2010, up till now i have not recived it and i send e-mail they never relpied and phone number is no working. I want my money back
