Should have known better on this one...
This company offered a fix to unlock a cell phone. After purchase ($19.99), links sent to my email were linked to what I like to call the "endless surveys" type websites. "You must complete the following offers to access your download".
These "surveys" go on forever basically collecting tons of information about you. They are not legitimate. I've been using the feedback available via the web portal that took my payment (bluesnap). I've requested refund three times and the rebuttal from the merchant has been misleading every time. Here's an example of the merchant response.
"Dear client We sell only service not any more and we reach the success rate 90%. We sent you a support email. Please check the last email, their you get your solutions. if any query please email us at proaccess@iphoneunlockjbreak.com Thanks"
The merchant sent me an email with a link to a youtube video that didn't even work.
