I ordered arrangers in August of 2012, called to followup in Sept....told I would receive in October. Called to followup in November and first told I would receive in December but that they wanted my credit card number again. This had been charged and paid for back in August! They use the same excuse of changing vendors every time. Totally frustrating experience with this company. I love the product but am infuriated with their service.
