CENTURY BUSINESS SOLUTIONS THIS COMPANY TOOK MONEY FOR AN ORDER BUT NEVER MAILED THE ORDER AND REFUSES TO GIVE REFUND Internet

on 11/20/2012 i placed an order via the internet with century business solutions. i ordered a large portfolio and some refill pages. on 12/10/2012 they took 121.05 out of my account and i never received the products i ordered. i called numerous times and was told that they were in the process of changing hands or some such nonsence and that my order would be sent asap. but i never got it and on january 7,,2013 i called and cancelled the order and told them i wanted the money credited back to my account and i was told that it would be refunded in 3 to five business days. well i have spoke with a couple  of different people one named Mike, and i was told that my refund was processed on the 11th of january, and if  that were so i would have it back in my account by now, but it is not in my account and i continue to call on a daily basis just  to have it on record that i want my money and i am going to keep on calling and lookng for ways to get my money back. this is wrong for a company to do this and they should not have taken any money out of my account until the order shipped. this is the way every other place i have ever dealt with has done business and this leads me to believe that this company,century business solutions is nothing more than a scam, a place to take money by fraudulent means. i am so hurt and dissapointed that these kinds of things can happen with no punishment to them. it seems they just get away with it. if anyone knows anything about this company or getting money back from them, i would love to know about it. i have called 2 numbers, 18009756429 and 18776528941 which is suppose to be a managers number, but its a joke if you ask me since no one will answer or call you back. after i spoke with a couple of different people and was promised my refund in 3 to 5 business days i have not gotton a call back or answer at this number.
