Ordered May 2011 #841595 for personalized album and picture sleeves, paid by check and never heard from them. Called and was finally told there was a problem with obtaining items from distributors. To this day I have left messages, emails and faxes to no avail and no refund. I have ordered from them many times before and never had a problem, if the company knew there was a problem with my order they should have said so and refunded my money.
