Nothing never came out from this nightmare of a deal . I spoken to these individual twice once when papers was sent over ,and payment sent. After waiting to hear back from the company with the out come I gotten no results.  Philadelphia

I was in a state of panic and went through the same thing.  However, I outsmarted the firm and decided that all of this can be done for FREE! They take all of your information at first and are nice in the beginning.  I did a little research on google only to find that firms like these are a complete scam.  You can go through the HOPE hotline and someone can help you as well as help contact your lender for FREE!  I too fell under this scam gave my credit card number because my lender had no record of me until my house had a Foreclosure date on it.  Finally I could order the financial packet needed in hopes for a loan modification.  Again all of this can be done on your own.  I seemed to think that this could be resolved with legal status behind it. 

When I called them to say I never sent them a packet to go through the process the receptionist was extremely rude and stated  that "accounting" wasn't available.  With that said I asked when they would be available and she didn't know and never offered Chris's voicemail until I asked for it.  I left a voicemail and waited for 10 minutes realizing this was a scam and I called back.  He stated I needed to put it in writing and was completely rude.  With that said I immediately sent the email and stated if I didn't get a refund that I would contact my bank fraud department.  About an hour later I get an email from a Frank Lewis stating that I had no rights to threaten them with fraud and that I wasn't a judge to do so.  He said he would research the matter the next day.  He then emailed me the next day with no paperwork I had submitted stating I was not going to get a refund.  Stating that they had to file paperwork and thats what I paid for which Adam Carr stated I wouldn't pay for anything until services were provided.  AT this point I will go public and recommend you speak directly with your lender and a HUD counselor from the HOPE line.
