Certegy Payment Recovery Services, Inc. rip-off! St. Petersberg Florida

I was paid by an annuity. The insurance compay withdrew the check and issued another, without notice to me. In the meantime a check written to Sears bounced because of the withdrawn insurance coumpany check. Ceregy Payment Recovery Services has been harrassing me regarding re-payment of the check they claim they purchased from Sears. However, every attempt by me to make arrangements to re-pay now that the insurance check has been re-issued has been in vain. How do I stop the harrassment for something that was not fault in the first place?
