Certegy Payment Recovery Services Unauthorized Debit from my checking account Tuscaloosa Alabama

After setting up a new account, I had some financial issues due to my financial institution denying my direct deposit. After mailing out bills, I find out days later that my paycheck did not go into my checking account!!!

Due to this, I had three checks bounce! All of the checks were put through my account again. Less than one week later I received a bill from Certegy for a $30.00 returned check fee from the place the check was written. It showed that they check was indeed paid and it also showed the check number. It was "legit" so I wrote a check paying the $30.00 in full and dropped it in the mail the very next day.

A week goes by and as I'm balancing my check book I notice the check cleared. As I keep going through I notice a check number that was way out of sequence. So, I open it, and it's some generic check that isn't mine but has my name on it, and supposedly it's a "preauthorized" debit for $30.00. I never spoke to anyone from that company! And there was never any authorization for them to take any money from my account. I mailed the payment in full, and two days before my check cleared, they took the money! I wouldn't have paid it had I known they were going to illegally take it!
