I ordered 25 locations from Charity Vending.  After a few weeks, I received 25 of them.  Upon placing boxes at these locations, at least or close to 20% of the locations claimed they DID NOT get a phone call requesting a box be placed in their establishment.  All in all, I had 19 replacements, or as they call them "duds", out of 25 that needed replacement.  

After submitting this and confirming with their contact at Charity Vending, I waiting at least FOUR WEEKS for the replacements to come in.  After receiving no follow up from them whatsoever, I reached out to them only to discover that they retrieved ZERO replacement locations for me due to internal disorganization in their hired service department.  Needless to say, this is very poor customer service and delivery.

I offered some approaches as to mitigate the situation--since I was reaching out to them and not them to me--only to discover Charity Vending wasn't interested in that.  They offered to refund me the 19 locations, to which I accepted. 

This report is filed to demonstrate that this company did not perform the customer service and "commitment to excellence" they display on their website when it comes to replacement locations for their customers.  Whatever reason they may state in regards to this filed report, they:

-did not follow up regarding their replacement locations for four weeks
-20% of my initial locations claimed they had not received a call from Charity Vending services (needless to say, I don't believe they all stated this same exact reason because they simply changed their mind about having a box)
-wasted time and gas traveling to locations who had not received a call for placement
-no commitment to excellence in resolving the matter, outside of refunding what they had not delivered

In my opinion, this was a bad delivery, wasted time and money, and the follow up customer service was poor and they just lost a customer.

We offered to continue work out a fair resolution, get him additional training, locations... whatever it takes. He declined, preferring to complain and slander.

To assist route driners, an optional part of our service includes calling on businesses to get permission for vending unit placement. The route driver gets the job of vending unit delivered. If the location does not like the individual who is doing the delivery, there is nothing we can do except replace that location.

Running a vending route takes a bit of work. It is a teamwork process that we take pride in. We've had quite a bit of success over the years getting over 400 individuals started with their vending routes. We always strive for success for all of our customers, it is a fairly easy business. 

Every now and then, you will find an individual that loves to complain rather than put his time and effort in. We always try our very best, and expect some effort on the part of the driver!
