Here is how the scam works:

The front desk tells you an appointment will be a certain price. They make you pay that price. After paying (but BEFORE seeing the Dr.), they then tell you that there is another large fee to pay (which was clearly not mentioned before paying the first fee). If you don't want to pay the second fee, then they keep your initial payment and say goodbye. It is a blatant scam.

How does he get away with this? Simple. He has purchased THOUSANDS of fake, fraudulent reviews on ZocDoc. Don't take my word for it; to find the truth about this man, simply Google "Charles Covert MD Houston reviews."

This con man has no business practicing medicine.
