Chase Paymentech What They Don't Tell You! - Leaving out the Terms and Conditions! Internet

What Chase Paymentech doesn't want you to know is they have this Mystical document that they call Terms and Conditions for Merchant Agreement.

Much like Unicorns, Trolls, Nomes and other mystical beast, I had never seen or heard of this document. Had I heard or seen this document it may have peaked my interest. It may have even given me a thought/feeling such as: Hmm, that sounds like something I should have been provided so I could read it and be familiar with it. The people over at Chase Paymentech were sure to give me everything that THEY needed. Leading me to believe that the documents I was provided contained all of the Terms. There were in fact terms in the documentation that I signed, but not the Unicorn. You know the mean nasty one that will stick you in the back when you aren't looking! (3 years contract and a disproportionate cancelation fee)

The 1st time I had even heard of such document was upon my request to Cancel my agreement with Chase Paymentech. Much to my surprise this thing appeared out of no where. What is this thing you call Terms and Conditions for Merchant Agreement?

To Sum this all up, you have to ask to see the Terms and Conditions for Merchant Agreement

Don't be fooled by the used car tactics. You have to ask for the Terms and Conditions for Merchant Agreement IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO ASSUME THAT PEOPLE ARE HONEST ENOUGH TO PROVIDE THE MOST IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS.

Shame on you CHASE Paymentech! Ethics and Integrity, look them up!
