I changed credit card processor about 10 months ago. The salesrep convinced me that debit cards would work, and I would be able to accept checks and make them automatic deposits with credit cards. He also showed me how I would only be paying 1% on processing fees by switching to Chase. Part of the upgrade was a new terminal, keypad and check reader. To make a long story shory, I ended up paying almost 5%, check reader didnt work and debit cards can only be used as credit cards in my area. Slowly my bill showed all the cards I was accepting as being non-qualified cards. I have recently switched to Ameribank and the processing terminal stuff is no additional fee. The non-cancellable lease is the problem. I called customer service and got the address to send the equipment back(132 West 31st Street  New York NY 10001) and they received it on 10/14/09. I have read all the complaints, which I wish I would have done earlier and know Im in for an up hill battle. I sent an e-mail and letter to LFG and Chase and found out Chase is no longer my processor it is now First Data. I am extremely angry that I put myself in this situation. I have sent letters to AG in Illinois and New York and contacted the BBB. I have paid over $1000 for the machines to date, and sent them back. Hopefully with all the information I got from all your situations I can end this soon.

And anyone can 'Google' this- JP MORGAN CHASE COMPLAINTS SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES, and read about all of the other banks who are doing it, right?

WELCOME TO THE PUBLICLY HELD BANKS IN AMERICA- IN FRAUD WE TRUST

P.S. Make sure to 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and read the chart of ownership. I believe that JP Morgan is named in that chart, correct?
