Chase Receivables Posted a negative report on my Credit Report stating that I owed Harris Connect $131.00. Napa California

My current Credit Report from Experian reflects an amount for Chase Receiveables in the amount of #131.00 and teh original debtee as Harris Connect.  I have never had any dealings with Harris Connect (they are also listed as scammers) and then Chase Receivables reflects that the debt was incurrred on Septemver 1, 2015 and the account was closed on October 1, 2015.  Since I have never had an account with Harris Connect the negative report from Chase Receivables is an attempt to extort $131.00 from me to have this amount taken off my Credit Report.  Even thought the amount is a small one it is still a scam and an attempt to extort money from me and I do not appreciate this.  I am also notifuing tue three major Credit Bureaus to remove this report from my record as it is a scam.
