They call at least twice a day...each sales rep has their own little loaded script to make you think you are getting a good deal and they are a good company. Some include benefits or sign on deals other reps don't, no consistency usually means LIES!! They have no idea if you have already bought the program or if they have called you before. Once you buy the "Platinum Membership" you never receive anything! And you leave messages on their "customer service" answering machine and dont expect a return call!! But of course they take your money the very same day you talk to them! the sales people continue to call and are clueless about your account or whats going on! Even the "customer service number" which is 800-211-5119 shows up and when you call it its the same thing just an answering machine! Unless the only rep there (wont mention his name) answers he has an IQ of about 20....good luck. Asked for his supervisor who was more ignorant, rude and most obnoxious discreditable person I have dealt with in a long while and when i told him to cancel my account he hung up on me! Even if this company was legitimate there is no way I would give them a PENNY! These companies are what bring shame to America and the freedoms so many have sacrificed for! SHAME ON CHEAPTRIPS.COM or .ORG like some sales reps tried to say!! I hope you go out of business! Along with all the other nauseating scammers out there!
