I'm writing this report in hopes of bringing to light the Check N Go (& other payday companies with practices. Predatory lenders who prey on poor people with less than perfect credit. They charge outrageous Fees & high interest.

The banks resfuse to give out loans to these types of custoners, but the payday loan companies gravitate towards them because they can charge the high fees.

Don't really understand it, the government bailed out: the Banks, Automobile industry, Airlines, Oil companies.... everybody..in other countries ...except the middle class Americans. We're the ones that are hurting the most...so when you see us applying for payday loans...we're definitly in need.

Took out a $3,000 .00 to catch up on my bills, have already paid $5,816.00 (with $2,700+ in interest charge s). Loan amount is based on 19 payments totaling $6,134.79.

One more payment of $319.29 & I have fulfilled my agreement. However, at 10 payments I am $319.29 ....but this company says I still owe $2400.00???. That would make this loan almost $8,297.00??? I feel this is just outrageous and need your help..there are others out there in the same situation... What are my options?

It's about paying debts

AUTHOR: coast - (USA)

"poor people with less than perfect credit"

It has nothing to do with being poor. It's about paying debts.

"Don't really understand it, the government bailed out: the Banks, Automobile industry, Airlines, Oil companies"

Banking and transportation are essential elements to the American economy. YOU are not. The industries you mentioned have earned a reputation of repaying their loans whereas you have not.

On time

Have you made every payment on time to them? If not, then you are rolling over more interest and more fees every time you are late.

Also, what's each payment's size supposed to be?
