Check 'n Go False Collection Practice Saint Petersburg Florida

On 5/23/14, I got a Payday Loan at Check 'n Go at 8520 4TH ST, St. Petersburg, FL. I requested that the check I wrote be deposited on June 2, 2014, the day after my paycheck was deposited into my bank account. I was told that having the check deposited rather than me coming back in to pay the loan in cash "wasn't the normal practice," but they would do it. Since 5/30/14, I have gotten several texts, emails and phone calls stating that my payment had been due on 5/30, and if I didn't pay back the loan I would be reported to a collections agency. When I called the local office where I got the loan, I was told by the same clerk that processed my loan that "there was a stack of checks waiting to be deposited," and she would get to them. I asked that the threatening messages stop, and she said that they were coming from " the corporate office," and there was nothing she could do, even though I specifically had a conversion with her asking that the check be deposited on 6/2.
