Why don't you ask healthy people "If eating healthy and exercising is so good, why do you keep doing it since you're already healthy?" To continue being healthy! CMREI is a business (of which I am a very happy customer). It's not a charity. Part of Cherif's job is to get you fired up. If getting rich were easy, then everybody would be rich and it wouldn't be a big deal. But it's not, it takes hard work. A lot of hard work...and a system. Anyway, hopefully you're not just a hater, but that's really up to you to prove / disprove.

Did you even read the letter you are getting from the Florida court to see that it is not his company that is sending you the BK letters and it is a marketing co called Dynetech? Do you understand the difference?
I re-read your complaint you took a course from them and after 6 months you wanted to refund. It sounds to me that you are the rip off and con artist to me.
I forwarded your complaint to him and he asked that you google him to get his email and he will respond to you directly. You can even find his phone number on line. As I said he is easily reached.
by the way he also offered for one full year his trainings for free to anyone that had any complaint caused by the marketing Co that was doing promotions for him.
The only reason he shares his knowledge is because he partners us through his private fund and other programs with his students.
You don;'t even know what you received because you probably did not read it like you did not read the BK filing letter you have been receiving.

Just wanted to add an additional commit about Cherif Medawar.
If Cherif Medawar is such a stand up guy,why has his company (which I signed up for) "The Institute of Commercial Real Estate" filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and in now operating another business exactly like " The Institute of Commercial Real Estate"
in Maitland, Florida called "Cheriff Medawar Real Estate Investing."
Also, if he's so successful and has so much money to his name why wouldn't he make good on his outstanding debts and pay back everyone he owes money to.
But he'll just continue to screw as many people he can until something wrong again then file for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy again.
Then repeat again. That's his M.O.

Funny how I'm listed as a creditor and continue to receive court notices about his filing and changes to the case.
Now the case changed from Chapter 11 (which is reorganization) to Chapter 7 (which is complete liquidation).
He still a scam artist to me and I'll leave it at that.
He's nothing more then a white collar criminal in my book.

First of all cherif Medawar has over $50 million of commercial real estate that many students have toured and he Even holds special events where he walks people through the exact dates and step by step how he acquired each commercial property and how he placed some of the biggest tenants in the world in them.
The company that filed for bankruptcy is called Dynetech Co and it is in Florida, it is Not Cherif's company it only used to market one of cherif's programs. You can easily verify that on line by googling Florida bankruptcy court. You will see that this company owes Cherif Medawar over $489,000 and he is one of the creditors along with Donald Trump and Robert Allen and other gurus that this marketing Co was working for.
If you were offered a $3,800 program and the telemarketer offered you $2,000 I pretty much assure you, that it is not the same program offered.
I paid $25,000 to attend 3 days with Cherif and saw with my own eyes his teal estate holdings. I made in 60 days over $90k doing exactly what cherif Medawar teaches. You will never get another multimillionaire who is at the caliber of Cherif Medawar, so willing to teach and respond to commoners like you and I.
I thank my lucky star that I met him and that I can email him anytime about anything and he is always such a giver.
Before criticizing someone or calling them names etc. You need to do tour due diligence and know that not all seminar people are bad.
