This firm solicits sales from high pitched fevered "get rich in real estate" seminars that are offered for free at area hotels to lure in its victims. It counts on the customers not really understanding commercial real estate, nor the financing of to suggest wildly improbable claims of how to acquire properties and become wealthy.
The consumer gets caught up in a whirlwind of "exciting possibilities" and signs up for a seminar and year long course that is sold as a package that will train them from soup to nuts how to succeed in this field. Of course they are told, "Its up to YOU to do the deals" but we will give you the training to get there (the students never seem to actually get this information, just a lot of hot air). The contracts that they ask the victims to sign contain phrases which do not allow you to sue or dispute their claims. If you dispute through your credit card company, they WILL NOT be able to get your money back due the the watertight contracts this firm has legally drafted to leave them bullet proof. After you have taken the "real" 3 day training course and discovered that all they want to do in the 3 day training course, is sell you "Private Coaching" which is the real place where you will learn how to become wealthy. I feel bad that this firm ripped me off for 3,000 and I have no recourse. The training that they provide is just plausible enough at the beginning to make even reasonable people think-"Hey this is good!" Cherif Medawar is a master slick salesman, he was successful running another scam real estate "training course" for Robert (((REDACTED)))before launching his own. The firm regularly trolls all complaints online and eliminates them, or these pages would be lined with complaints. Further, this firm is owned by a disreputable firm in Orlando FL who hold and own other such seminar - training businesses where they prey upon those most eager to get ahead in life. (((REDACTED)))
