I ordered and paid for a 2" Mattress topper in September. I was sent a 1/4" mattress pad that they also sell on their site. When I disputed what I was sent, they agreed to send me correct item upon return of item I recieved. They instead issued me a refund and are telling me that i need to re-order item. The problem I have with that - is that they have raised the price on the item and will not honor original price that I paid. Very shady.
