Bought a refurbished TV from Choxi.It never worked.

People were purple or green. You couldn't adjust the colors. I Requested a return label and a refund. It took them weeks to send the return label.

They kept claiming it had been sent. I finally received it and returned the TV. Choxi refused to give me a refund, even after the TV was confirmed as returned by tracking. I used a credit that I had with them for a previous return to purchase the TV for part of the purchase price.

My credit card company researched the problem and credited my card with the refund amount less the Choxi credit. Choxi is punishing me because my credit card company issued a refund. Although they only did so because Choxi refused to credit my account for the return. Now they refuse to give back my Choxi portion of the credit.

The Choxi credit is my money, and they have stolen it.

They are thieves and rip off artists.Stay away from them.

They don't fix the problem

I order clothing from this company and they sent me the wrong size. I went back online and checked my order and I entered the right size. Upon contacting them I received an email that instructed me that I would receive another email with the information to return the merchandise. I never received the information.  You are given a limited amount of days to return the merchandise for a refund.  After two or three times of communicating with them and getting the same run around each time I finally gave up. 

What can you do.
