This law firm was associated with a company called Home Relief Services which has folded. They deducted $2400.00 from my account on a retainer for a home mortgage modification.
Since they closed, I have only a cell number that was given to me in error and every time I reach "Chris" on the phone he promises to look into my situation but I never hear back.
I would advise caution for anyone who tries to deal with them and I hope to get in contact with the Calilfornia Bar Association to have Mr. Diener investigated. Even if I never see my money again, I would like justice to be served. He has ripped off countless others, some in much worse financial trouble than I am.
