Do not trust Christopher Moon (aka Bryan Christopher Moon). He has defrauded me out of thousands of dollars. I met Christopher Moon via an online dating/social networking site. He lured me in using fake photos to make himself appear more attractive and appealing.

Over a period of time, a relationship over the phone and email developed. He told stories about his tragic upbringing and unfortunate past to make me feel sympathy and compassion towards him. Then he persuaded me to loan him money under false circumstances (a life or death matter), with the understanding that he would eventually pay me back.

When I finally decided to end the relationship, he began sending harassing text messages, he made threatening comments against me and my family. And he refused to pay me back. So I hired a lawyer to file a civil lawsuit against him. During this time, I spoke to 2 other girls who were also defrauded by Christopher Moon in the same manner. And I found a scam alert posting on MySpace that warned others about Christopher Moon.

He has apparently defrauded multiple women and may be out there doing it right now to some unsuspecting young woman. That is why I'm posting this alert to Rip Off Report, to warn everyone out there:

Petland of Irvine Damon B. Allen Bryan Christopher Moon Petland Of Irvine, CA My daughter and I financed a Malteese puppy approx. 14 hours ago. We signed a finance contract that required $500 down payment and $218 per month. The contract also stated that we had 48 hours to return the dog minus a 50% restocking fee. The sleezy smelly manager refused to refund our 50% back..we actually had to pay an additional $360 to cancel the contract. They did not explain any of that to us. The contract also states that the store manager may make a decision to give us a full refund or store credit...when we pointed that phrase to her she started stuttering. I asked her for the owner or district manager's information and she gave me a generic email address and said that he is a SILENT Private owner. This place charged us $860.00 for a puppy that we only had for 14 hours. Petland is a RIPOFF. I later found that the puppies come from puppy mills. I'm writing to the corporate headquarters to file a complaint against the owner in hopes of recouping some of my money back. I'm hoping they will take a look at his license and shady business practices. Irvine California

Before giving it I said, Don't I get something in writing and Mr. Kluck re-assured me that we get everything in a (detailed) signed contract. I had a bad feeling about the strong arm sales and checked here and other sites to find that these people are questionable at best. So, I left two emails saying, No thanks. Well shortly, Mr. Kluck or the customer representative, Jayme Berkowsky, billed my credit card for $1000. I never saw the alleged contract nor did I agree to be billed on my credit card. I never agreed to have my card billed and expressed my interest, in the context of giving up my credit card number, that I wanted to review the contract before agreeing to purchase. This business model has nothing to do with selling email marketing. Rather, it is designed to get a credit card number. They could just as easily sell free gold with this business model. They also don't tell you that it takes 8 weeks to get your money back until after they get your money. None of this information is available to you until after you have paid and by then its too late. I am at 10 weeks now and still have not recieved my money back. Krista tells me to try back in two more weeks but I keep getting the run around. When the developer was arrested, Raul Ruiz and Charles Bacichett took advantage of the situation and fabricated false purchase agreements under random names who don't belong to real people for various condominiums which were not inhabitated at the time, took the possession, which in Mexico means80% of any lawsuit with regards to properties, and rented them out for their personal profits and benefits. I February as stop working and my electrician got in contact with acorn and was told that is the motherboard which cost 750$ plus shipping. the bord came and 2 brand new batteries as works for 2 to 3 days and quit. Got other brand new set batteries work 3 days quit. keep calling acorn their said is the mother board again.  I am setting here very limited in walking have a out hip and 5 disk out on my lower back I differently need my chair back. I read on your feedback a women had the same problem she bought a brand new one and Acorn never fix it for her. Acorn calls them self the number 1 stair-lift company which their not. I will not stop until I get my 750 $ back or a brand new board. I will put them on Rip of and more sites from the internet to let people know how much Acorn think and do for their people. After 1 week, he reported that he couldn't find the model and proceded to get a used one from a junk yard. When all the pieces were put together the car was towed to the dealer who then reported that something was not right and further diagnosis was need.
