Cirro Energy no notification on rate change Richardson Texas

I just received my Cirro electric bill for June 2008. My usage rate per KWH for the previous month (May 2008) was $0.12895445. I was billed $156.96 based on a KWH usage of 1217. In June of 2008 my rate per KWH is $0.261779242 for KWH usage of 2428. Based upon the previous month calculation of KWH of $0.12895445 my bill for June 2008 should have been approximately $313.13. I was charged $635.60. That is an increase of $0.132824791. The rate is more than double the rate I have been paying for over a year. This increase was applied without prior notice. Prior notice would have allowed me to accept the rate as competitive or opt out and pick up a new service provider. I was not provided with that opportunity. I find this practice deceitful (consumer fraud). I will pay $313.13 of my bill. I have almost perfect credit so if they report this default regardless of the impact on my credit rating I will follow all legal proceedings available to me for remedy. Since this is a contract case and they are obviously in default of reasonable responsibility this fraudulent act falls under Tort Law in The State of Texas. Tort Law affords triple damages plus punitive damages to the plaintiff. They'll never get the rest without showing due cause in a court of law. I believe when I file this suit my attorney will go forth with a class action suit. Public beware. Cirro accept this as public notice giving you the opportunity to correction your blatant swindling and misuse of the power and authority.
