My cirro bill doubled May/June 08, due to Cirro raising my kilowatts from 12.34 to 28.22. They said my "contract" with them ended, however, I was not notified of the rate increase, or else I would taken action right away.

I have emailed the company and written to both Texas Atty General and Public Utility Commission. The company reps are useless, and I have not heard from the Atty General yet.

I would be interested being involved in a class action again Cirro, please email any contact info to angie.kennard@yahoo.com.

If you are looking for a new electric company, DO NOT go with Cirro.

They are unethical and deceptive, and I hope the company does go under.
