I applied for a loan like the rest of you. And was approved. I was told by Darin Charan that he was sending me the paperwork. I needed to pick out the loan payment that I wanted. And send them a check for the first and last and loan cost. The check was cashed immediately. I did not hear anything from him. I kept calling and e-mailing them. I finally got a hold of him and he told me the loan was not approved because it was problems. I then told him that I wanted no part of it and I wanted my money back. He told me he would send me the paperwork by e-mail and I was to sign him and he would send me the money. Guess what no paperwork no money. I had a very hard time getting a hold of. And the only way he responded was because I sent him so many e-mails. That it drove him nuts. Nevertheless no money and this started in April of 2011 is now in may. And I still have not seen any money. But I will tell you folks this that I've made them very angry. I have flooded him with e-mails and articles that I have wrote about the company. He is threatening with his lawyer. Guess what no lawyer. Because he is a fraud artists. And he knows whether it's his lawyer or my lawyer. If it goes to court he's going to jail. And I hope he doesn't drop the soap. I have gotten for individual calls so far from the advertisements that I put in the papers. So I know for sure that these people did lose any money. And the only way they were going to get this company added business. And hopefully put Mr. Darin Charan behind bars. His to keep writing articles and please folks don't be afraid to put your phone number and their. Because people need to get a hold of you so you can tell them what happened. If we all get together I know that we can put them out of business. The key is to flood them with so many e-mails that they cannot keep operating. The e-mails must go directly to Darin Charan dcharan@cefamerica.com also you must go on to their website where you fill out are not occasion for a loan. Flood that department with e-mails is well. If any of you people out there want to start a lawsuit against him. We all get together it would be affordable. Please give me a call if any of you folks are interested.
