Click DVD Media Criminals!!!! Crooks! Thieves! Scoundrels! Internet
*Consumer Suggestion: I was also ripped off - try this!!
*Consumer Suggestion: 60-80% off?
I ordered $110 worth of DVD's for Christmas gifts in Mid-December.
The money was taken out of my C/C account immediately.
Still no DVD's.
Can not get any response at all from their 'contact us' service on their website.
I will be contacting my bank who will credit my account back to me and then officially launch an investigation that will carry some BIG muscle.
I hope they destroy these trash-people and their little organization.

I was also ripped off - try this!!

I was also ripped off by this scam company. Customer Service Associate, Tracy Wallace responded to all my emails when I kept asking for a refund. She eventually said she would issue it and it would be reflected on my credit card in 5-7 business days. I didn't buy it though since nothing else they said turned out to be true. I reported them to my credit card company after I did not receive the order in the time frame promised. My credit card company immediately issued a credit for the purchase price, shipping, and fee for foreign currency conversion and said they would conduct an investigation. I did receive the order 20 something days after it supposedly shipped. I just refused the shipment. I wrote down the tracking number on the package so if asked, I could show that I refused the package. Tracy gave me a return address and asked me to send the order back. I was not going to pay to ship this junk back to China. I didn't open the package after reading all these complaints. Therefore, I was able to refuse it.
If you don't ever receive the package, you should have no trouble winning a dispute with your credit card company. If you do receive it, refuse it - just be sure to write down the tracking number on the package.
Hope this helps. If enough people start refusing these junk packages and disputing the charges with their credit card company instead of just giving up, and the scam company has to pay for the return shipping, it should not be profitable for them to stay in business!

I would recommenced heeding the old addage... a deal that is too good to be true, often is. File a claim with the credit card company and count your blessings that you haven't had your identity stolen yet.
Actually, now that I think of it... check your credit report to make sure it hasn't happened.
