this has happend to me and talked to my card company  and it turns out that that day they had 3 stop charges on this compant so if every one calls this number we can realy piss this guy off i call all the  time sometimes 7 times a day i did  a reverse phone number on them and they are springdale il any ways  here is the number  it still works its  a guy that answer and he gets very pissed of and tell me to stop calling u will get your money  back lol (217)-334-4083 have fun

I, too, ordered from tvdvdblowout and was alarmed when I could not contact them by internet to see if they had received my order and payment. After reading experiences by other people with this company, I immediately contacted my Credit card company and stopped payment. Ironically, the credit card company had been trying to contact me because they too felt that this company was suspect.

I did finaly receive the DVDs that I ordered, about 4 hours after I posted the original report Jan 30th. Today (Jan 31st) I received an e-mail, in response to the one I sent to them on the 27th, indicating that the package had been delivered to me the day before. They asked that I advise them that the package had been delivered. I told them it had and thanked them for the response but also told them that I am disappointed in the quality of the DVDs and that I probably will not order from them again.
