After not getting the DVDs that were ordered it was discovered there is no address or phone number on their website.  The only email address provided was the one with the Invoice once transaction was completed.  I had ordered one previous time and received what I ordered, so I thought it was a good business; very mistaken.

Again, looking further into the situation the transaction was billed to the credit card company and luckily beside or included with the name of the transaction was a number, it was the phone number.  It was called and a man answered with TV DVD Closeouts.  So this was the number!

The order number was given to the man and it was explained that we did not receive what we ordered; we had, however, received these strange DVDs that were damaged.  He immediately changed his tune and we were told SEVERAL times to SHUT UP, that we were just Walk-Mart junkies.  In there somewhere he informed her that he would send the correct DVDs and a return address will be provided at that time.  He did not give out an address.  My poor 77 year-old mother was beside herself!  She told me about it and I called him back several times to only get the answering machine.  I tried again under a different phone number and he answered; go figure!

As soon as he connected that I was calling about the same he got into it with me saying I need to speak to the other NIT-WIT and that I was just TRAILER-TRASH.  I said he needed to improve his customer service skills and he replied "why, you don't deserve it anyway, you Canadians down there are useless people, nothing but trailer trash."  I was literally shaking at this point.  I did lose it with the man and told him to F-off, of course.  He just laughed.  Which really just irritates one more.  He must know that and thrive on that.  I demanded a refund.

Never the less, I doubt we will ever receive what we ordered and I doubt we will receive a refund; thank goodness for the credit card company as they were very compassionate to the situation and under the circumstances they issued the refund.  It certainly is nice to know there are some very decent people out there.

As for TV DVD Closeouts, the man should be arrested for Fraud!  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER!!

I have learned a good lesson here; never do business with a website that does not provide decent contact information, and sometimes if you think it's too good to be true, it probably is a Ripoff!
