The report dated 11-23-09 was exactly what happened to me. 

Their website says  "These are brand new, in stock and ready to ship." and in large red letters "Limited Edition DVD Box Set". And "119 Uncut Episodes - 6 seasons on 55 DVDs".   Nowhere did it disclose that this was a company outside the US. 

A "Tracey Wallace" emailed a confirmation that the order was dated 12-4-09 and stated:  Your item(s) will be shipped and you should expect them within 8 to 12 business days.  On the 14th I emailed her & she responded with a USPS tracking number. 

Today, the 22nd, a package with 3 of the 6 seasons arrived.  Plastic VHS  boxes crunched up into small pieces, with photocopies for covers.  All package labeling is in Chinese.  This is obviously a pirate offshore operation but the way it operates makes me believe an American is probably behind it. 

So now I have no Christmas gift for a person I love.
