I am researching records to find classmates for our reunion. I paid $20.53 on 9/3/2010 via ClickBank supposedly for one year access government death records, but cannot access it! I went to request customer service assistance. Their drop down menu asks when I made the purchase, but does not have 2010 as an option! My bank processed the charge on 9/7/2010, but I have no access and they don't respond to my e-mails.
