1clicklegal.com 1clickbankruptcy.com 1clicklegal.com won't give a refund to someone who buys but does not use their forms Internet

1CLICKLEGAL.COM  AND 1CLICKBANKRUPTCY.COM  rip me off!  When I bought their software which is really only repackaged legal forms I can get FREE  online at  http://www.uscourts.gov/forms/bankruptcy-forms  

I should have done my  RESEARCH more thoroughly first and saved my money!!!  I bought their bankruptcy program package  .. only to find out they are simply repackaged forms from  http://www.uscourts.gov/forms/bankruptcy-forms  that they claim you can SAVE but I was not able to SAVE them on my computer.  Doesn't matter it's not what I wanted in the first place. I wanted a program that would walk me through the process of filling out the forms more easily not all of us are lawyer smart and those forms can be confusing!

I actually bought the program for friends, a married couple.. he is a Vietnam Vet on disability so yes $49 matters to THEM!  But I take it personal because I am not asking them to pay me back so I'm talking like it's my money because it is!

so why would I pay $49.00 when I could get them free?  I didn't know it WASN'T a software PROGRAM!  and they know I can't take them to court for $49 so they just kept my money.  too bad for me.  So from now on  I am going to steer clear of 1clicklegal.com and all their extention websites as they only took my money and were of no help otherwise at least that was my experience and I am only relaying what I went through here.  This might cost them more than $49 .. too bad for THEM!

1clicklegal.com  wouldn't answer my emails other than the one I sent before purchase!  Which literally only took seconds to get a reply but when I wanted a refund I received no reply EVER!  As of this writing I still have not heard from them.  Very bad business ethics.  They might reply to this but don't fall for it they will not help you!  

I Will never ever buy anything from them again and will post as many blogs as I can so that others won't be ripped off as I was!!!  I sent refund request from 1clickbankruptcy.com .. no response.. I sent refund request to 1clicklegal.com through paypal .. no reponse.. I submitted a dispute claim with paypal..  after way too long and requests for PROOF I could not possibly give them .. I was denied my money back as they wanted me to prove that the forms would not load on my computer (seriously; HOW DO YOU PROVE THAT?)  

​ANYWAY .. that wasn't even the point!  The point was I DID NOT USE THE FORMS THEREFORE I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED A PROMPT AND PLEASANT REFUND!!!!!   So what if they loaded, which they didn't?  I DID NOT USE THEM!  I PAY FOR WHAT I USE!    so as the saying goes:  buyer beware!  I am going to use my credit card directly from now on when purchasing digital things online that way I can deal with my credit card company directly and get a better chance of a refund because they care more about MY business than the business that wants to rip me off for $49.00!  I have submitted a dispute with my credit card company and hopefully they will honor a refund but if not I will have a busy time filling out all kinds of blogs and ripoff reports online to warn people not to buy from 1clicklegal.com or 1clickbankruptcy.com !!!!  I see below that the credit card choices don't include "MasterCard through Paypal" it's not a Paypal credit card but I used their service but another credit card.  Online buying can get confusing!

For my friends bankruptcy I ended up using  http://www.perfectabankruptcysoftware.com which is a real software program that HELPS YOU step by step and auto fills the forms for you! It is quick and easy and worth the $49!!  They are not paying me a dime to advertise I am just a satisfied customer that is willing to share my experience.
