I ordered the complete series of "That Girl".  What I received was the homemade complete series of "That Gir".  I got a vhs box of dvd's that was burned from a vhs tape.  I watched the first 5 seconds of the first dvd and The Munsters was on there before That Girl came on.  I emailed "Tracy Wallace" back and demanded that I get my money back, but have yet to be emailed back. 

My credit card that was charged reads: PERFECTDVDS 5855424239 KNA

The only info I have is the shipping lable that reads

"Mr. Zhang, WU YING SHAN ROAR 11#, JI NAN, CHINA"  No phone number listed.

Any help is deeply appreciated.  This was supposed to be a mother's day gift.

How I got my money back from clickdvdhouse.com

This is an update to my complaint about clickdvdhouse.com/Clickdvdmedia/or whatever else it's now called...


I had to fight, but I was able to get my money back from them. See folks, I made sure I took pics of the dvd collection before I did anything (and I kept every last email too). A picture is worth 1, 000 words and a picture points the finger to the guilty too.


I sent an email back to "Tracy Wallace" first off demanding my money back. She wrote me back asking me what's wrong with the dvd's and informed me that the dvd collection was a "Collectors/Fan Version." I told her what was wrong with it and SENT HER A PICTURE of what was wrong with it. I sent her a pic of how my dvds reads "That Gir", not "That Girl".


Now I got the run-around when I tried to email her from the website itself, but I eventually got a response from her giving me two options...


I either accept $40 and keep the dvd's...or get a full refund and ship it to where she wanted me to ship it to. By then I had already shipped it back to China. She asked me where I shipped it to and I gave her the address AND A PICTURE of the original packing slip. She asked me for a tracking number and I gave her the information off of my reciept. I got an email back saying I'd get my refund back in 5 to 7 working days.


AND IT WORKED!!! I GOT MY MONEY BACK!!! My husband told that the balance on his card went up 80 bucks. I checked the balance on my computer and there it was...82.90 back from perfectdvd!

If you can, take pictures of your order...show proof that you're not going to lie down and demand your money back. Keep in constant contact with "Tracy Wallace". Don't let it go no more than a few days before emailing her again.


Now that I have my money back, I can purchase my dvds from a reputable store IN THE USA!!
