I ordered video collection through this site.  Received an email indicating there was a problem with my credit (debit) card and my ordered had been cancelled. I sent a reply email that the cancellation was okay with me.  I received a voice mail later that day requesting that I call and confirm my credit card info so my order could be processed.  I called and left message that my order had been cancelled by ClickDVDHouse and that was fine with me, basically I confirmed their cancellation of my order.  I received an email next day confirming that the order had indeed been cancelled.  I checked my bank account statement this morning and discovered $92.90 had been processed through my bank account by "WhatADeal.com".  I emailed "Tracy" asking that my account immediately be credited and to follow up with a phone call to me.  I received an email from Tracy saying she would find out the status of my order and get back to me.  I again emailed her with the same reply - my order was cancelled!  I have yet to hear from Tracy.  I found Ripoff Report site and read one complaint that included 2 telephone numbers.  I called the first number (customer service) and was told that my credit card information was still pending and if found that I was due a refund, if the payment went through, I would receive it in 5-10 days.  When I insisted that the money had been taken from my bank account, I was talked down to and belittled, more than rude to say the least.  I was told "this is the way it is"; "what's the matter, unable to make your mortgage payment due to this small amount of money"; and "nothing more than white trash".  I did call the second number (billing dept)~no answer.  Any help will truly be appreciated.

ClickDVDHouse.com - solution to get a refund

AUTHOR: A.S - (Canada)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 02, 2009

Hi,  the same happened to me. I too was emailing "Tracy Wallace" and got a rude man on the phone. Please see my Report: #524893. Since you were charged by What-A-Deal DVD, just like I was, you should find on your credit card statement a phone number where you can reach them. The number is: 1-6477229393. I called this number and a woman called "Alysha Stark" answered. I explained my situation and kindly asked for a refund. She agreeded to refund my credit card and in 3 days I got my money back. I hope this helps!
