Keith Moore contacted me and stated he wanted to put together a USA tour for Reggae Artiste Junior Kelly whom i am his official Manager. He made contact via our business email for Bookings. He advised that he promotes concerts in Oakland and is a Booking Agent.

We have been speaking for about 3 months and he got us 4 shows. 3 were door deals in California and one was a festival in Rhode Island. When it was time for the deposit to be paid, i old him to have the funds wired to me and then i would pay him his booking commission.

He provided his bank info to the festival and collected us $6500 which was to purchase airline tickets to get us to Rhode Island - group of 9 persons. Since the deposit reached his account two weeks ago, i can no longer reach him by phone.
