Received a statement from Merchants' stating that I owed 32.40 on a defaulted AT&T account. I have never had an AT&T account. Called the company and the first thing they asked for was my social security number. Looked on this website and saw that this was their typical M.O. In the process of contacting the FBI and the appropriate Attorneys General.
