Collegegear.com Has not shipped my item and will not respond to email inquiry Internet Internet
On December 17, 2007 I ordered and was charged for two calendars from Collegegear.com. On December 22nd only one calendar was shipped as was noted on the packing slip.
Dispite numerous emails over the past three weeks to the "customer support" link, I have recieved no response to date. I have requested either a refund or the ordered item to be shipped.
The web site does not post any phone number for contacting customer service and only uses email as a form of communication with the customer.
