I placed an order with CollegeGear.com on 12/7 for a USC watch.
They responded with an confirmation email stating receipt of order and I should have product in 7 -10 days.
I do not have it, nor can I contact them!
CollegeGear.com does not have a phone number on their site; I failed to realize this upon ordering, as I usually check that first!
Have made several attempts via email and the one phone number I have in WA (the 800# I listed), but no one has returned either email or phone messages. The 800 # always refers you back to the web site(s) they say they are associated with - there are four.
This was to be my 8 year old son's "Santa" gift!!!
Needless to say, I am a little peeved...
