Columbia House Music Club ripoff! False advertising, fradulent shipping charges! Terre Haute Indiana

I received an offer from Columbia House Music Club for 15 "free" CD's for joining their club. Several weeks after sending my CD choices in, I received 12 CD's with a notice saying 2 CD's were out of stock and 1 choice exceeded the number of CD's offered. A bill for $37.91 for those "free" CD's was included.

Upset over not receiving all 15 CD's and receiving such an outrageous shipping charge, I calculated the average price per CD and sent them $30.36 for the 12 CD's I received. I included a letter stating I did not receive what I was promised, did not appreciate the inflated shipping charge, and did not want to be in their club.
I have now received a bill from them for $102.27!!! It seems they are now charging me the $7.55 balance, 2 late charges of $3.00 ea., and $88.72 for "4 units due on contract".

Come on, they can't be that hard up for money. I thought I was being pretty diplomatic about the whole situation. I am now looking for my next recourse.
