Community Reading Club Of Tennessee charging my credit card without my permission Chanhassen, Minnesota

I called this company to cancel my account and they told me I couldn't cancel it. I told them I never heard of this. They told me if I didn't pay they will ruin my credit. So I keep on paying. The next thing that happens was I was 1mth late on paying my account so they charged my credit card with out my permission. I called them up spoke to Pam she told me that it will never happen again and that she will take my credit card info out of the file.

2 mths pass bye and they charged my credit card AGAIN overdraft my account. I called them up and left them a message to call me back yelling for an explanation but waited and nothing. So I called them up AGAIN spoke to Pam she said she would have her supervisor call me back and that never happen. I keep on leaving messages but no call back for 4 weeks. so I said they will call for a payment so 4 weeks later Pam calls me up to tell me she is running my credit card for a payment. I told her I left a lot of messages and why didn't she call me back and that her supervisor never called me and if they weren't going to help me that I will take them to small claims because they wont close my account and they are charging my credit card without my permission. Pam said Tracy will be calling. Received a called from Tracy she tells me if I wanted to bring them to court go right ahead they will still run my credit card and that they will win in court and she started laughing and not listening to my problem with the company. I had to cancel my accounts.
