They contacted me and told me about this magazine offer that they had. I told them I don't read magazines. Eventually I said I would see, I gave them my information so that they could call me back to get my ok.

They billed my card twice. I never received the magazines until 2 months later. I cancelled my credit/bank card so that they could not draw off of it any more. I tried to contact them from the 2 numbers that showed up on the internet through my bank behind the transactions, and both numbers were disconnected!

They eventually called me when they could no longer get any money from me. I explained to them that I never received the paper work they said I should be getting in 7-10 business days nor had I received any magazines. I told the young man that I attempted several times to contact them and the numbers that showed up were disconnected. He said "oh yeah".

I told him I did not want the magazines nor did I authorize them to go ahead with this offer. He stated to me you had five days to call us back and cancel. I told him, "but I never said yes". He said well it is to late to cancel now! I asked to speak with a manager and told her what happened. She said the numbers were disconnected because they had had a small fire. I said that is besides the point. How am I supposed to contact you all? This is bad business and then you all thought you were going to keep getting money from me without me having any paper work or merchandise? You must be crazy.

The young lady said that if I did not pay what was due that it would go into collections. I said (oh yeah!) Then I will sue you all for everything you got! You all are playing with the wrong young lady! I need to speak with someone above you. She said there is no one above her and that she was the "top boss"!

I said "I am not paying this bill and you can't make me, so I suggest you all erase my name and information you have". I have not received the paper work nor the magazines so I have nothing to pay you for! "THIS CONVERSATION IS OVER"!

I hung up the phone. Since then they have sent me bills in the mail and even sent me a "notice from collection manager" bill. This kind of business must be stopped! They will not get away with treating people like this I guarantee you!
