Please stay away from COMPLETE INVESTIGATION SERVICES (CIS) on the web. They are misleading and a complete ripoff. You pay $29.95 for not much of anything, and they use a point system that costs you even more. You find out about THAT after you become a member.
You will get no help or support from them either. They come back with canned e-mail responses that you cannot reply to. Very frustrating!
More importantly, I trusted another reviewing site, stating that CIS was rated #1 by The National Organization of Private Detectives-or something similar to that. Actually, they use another name, but when you arrive at the site, it's CIS. Wish I could find that site again. Again, misleading.
Now I'm out my hard earned money and feel very violated. Just BEWARE.

After no response from CIS and CLICKBANK, on 9/21/06 I received a credit of $29.95 (the charge for 1 year of "service")- no thanks to either one of these companies.
It was charged to my credit card, and after getting no satisfaction from CIS or CLICKBANK, I contacted my credit card's sponsoring bank. I was asked to write down my complaint and basically justify why I should have my account credited. They call it disputing your charge(s).
I gladly complied, and I'm happy to report to all those out there who have been ripped off royally from these 2 companies, that there is hope for you.
WARNING: CIS goes by many other names on the net, all of which are investigative services. You'll realize this when you visit each site's sign-up page. BE VERY CAREFUL,as I think most of these online investigation services are ripoffs.
GOOD LUCK, AND DON'T GIVE UP!!!
