First Off! Their BBB rating do not impress me at all since they got 39 complaints in the last 12 months, and it seem that 12 of them just got tired and gave up.

Second Off! It's an outrage to me how you so careful ignored the fact that I mentioned how they deceived me into leasing a Roach Infested apartment, and your advise to me is to hire a pest control company. That is something a low down, dirty, nasty, filthy, thief would say to his victim, "YELP I DID IT, NOW DEAL WITH IT!" 

Third Off! I know you are one of CONCORD MANAGEMENT LTD'S, "It don't bother my conscience to put Babies and little kids in Roach Infested homes, because I have to feed my family" EMPLOYEE.
So now, go pat your back for your kiss butt review, cash your check and take your family out to dinner, because your review may fool some families into thinking that CONCORD MANAGEMENT LTD apartments may not be that bad and sign a lease.

Currently Concord Management has an A- Rating with the BBB, which shows that even though they own multiple properties in Florida and elsewhere that they resolve the issues. If you feel that you were misled, you may want to speak to the community director if there is still an issue and get a different pest control company out to your home. I know its frustrating, I've been in your situation, but you have to handle this a certain way. See if they can have a different company to come out and flush the apartment and then continue to do check weekly for about a month. If this does not resolve the issue you may want to just speak to them about turning in keys. I don't know why you were not able to view your apartment before hand, but you can always ask to see it and they also will do an original inspection of the apartment with you there to see if anything needs fixed or repaired. You also have 72 hours to report anything else that is wrong with the apartment. I hope this helped a little with your ordeal and I wish you luck!

NOW THEY WILL NOT ALLOW NEW BAD REVIEWS TO BE POSTED. HOWEVER, "ApartmentReviews" DID ALLOW THEMSELVES TO GIVE CONCORD MANAGEMENT LTD APARTMENTS A SCORE OF 70% OR MORE ON MOST OF THEIR APARTMENTS. THAT WOULD BE THE PERFECT SCORE TO FOOL A PROSPECTIVE TENANT INTO THINKING THEY ARE GOING TO A GREAT APARTMENT COMPLEX, NOT KNOWING THEY ARE BEING SET UP.

MOST OF CONCORD MANAGEMENT LTD 139 APARTMENTS ARE INFESTED WITH SEVERAL OF THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS, RATS, ROACHES,BEDBUGS, CRIME, DRUG DEALERS, GANG VIOLENCE, TRASH PILES, MOLD OR AN INCOMPETENT STAFF.

THEIR BEST TRICK IS TO HOLD UP YOUR PAPER WORK SO THEY'LL HAVE TO SHOW YOU YOUR APT AT NIGHT. YOU WILL NOT SEE THE ROACHES THAT NIGHT ANYWAY, BECAUSE THEY WILL SPRAY THE DAY YOU COME IN TO SIGN THE LEASE. THAT WILL HOLD THE ROACHES BACK LONG ENOUGH FOR YOU TO BE FOOLED, OR, THEY WILL SWITCH APARTMENTS ON YOU AT THE LAST MINUTES, YOU WILL THINK YOU ARE GETTING A GOOD SAFE HOME FOR YOUR FAMILY. BY THE WAY, AT NIGHT YOU CAN'T SEE THE ROACH DROPPINGS IN CLUSTERS IN THE KITCHEN, SO BRING YOUR FLASH LIGHT.
