We Purchased a LG french door refrigerator from Conns in Arlington Tx 10/22/2014. We have had to call Conns 5 times to send out a repair tech to see why OUR expensive $3,500 Refrigerator stop getting cold and it stop making Ice.

I have called Conns everyday starting Monday 2/28/2017 leaving several voicemails for two different Supervisor one name is (Marilyn) and neither one have returned my calls. This is poor customer service. Conns employees that they have answering the calls seem like my problem with no Refrigerator is not a BIG ISSUE. Why does it take 4 days for a repair man to come and repair or fix the issue. I guess Conns only have 1 repair person.

  Yes they pay $150.00 for my food going bad but thats not enough. I would like Conns to replace my refrigerator.

Conns Have a new recliners purchased from conns and extended warranty purchased. They are tried to repair on 6 different occasions and they are coming out again tomorrow. The chair slants yo the right. The right side is about 4 lower than the left side. They replaced the rocker frame and they add new foam every visit. It is very uncomfortable. I have 2 recliners bought at the same time and only 1 is defective. They tell me it is normal wear. Why did i pay for extended warranties if they are not going to make good. Rosharon Texas

CONNS Acceptance Now-Rent A Center Conns transfered my account from them to Acceptance Now after months of payments, which they were over charging me. We called Conns to find out why our payments went up from the agreed amount, we were told that it was a mistake on their part because the manager that help us no longer employed with conns as a result to this mishap the company transfer our account from Acceptance now to Rent a center which now they want me to pay $1,500.86 . Conns home furnishings. I purchased a TV from Conns several months ago. As I am filling out the contract the sales person adds a 200 dollar surge protector on me stated you definitely need that. As she snickers at me. And I get home to find I have the wrong TV as well its a 65 inch the salesman loaded on my truck After I unloaded the TV I call to ask if this TV is going to alot more in cost as it was advertised for 2100. I was told oh no it wont be much more in payments. A 2100.00 TV turned out to be 4200. 00. When I got to the new contract. Absolutely dirty they loaded the 65. TV scanned the barcode and tell me the TV that I had was the wrong TV.Its a scam they knew it they called me and told me I had the wrong TV. Knoxville Tennessee
