Conn's False Advertisement Dallas Texas

I purchased the Xbox One Bundle at Conn's, located at 2984 W. wheatland Rd in Dallas,TX. The Bundle that was advertised was to include the following games: Madden 25, FIFA 14 and Forza 5. The sign on the counter and the sales clerk read the exact thing I was reading. When I got home with the product, it's didn't have Forza 5 in the box. I contacted the store, but they never gave me a straight answer, so I contacted Customer Service.

They had created a ticket for me, to have the issue resolved and we're suppose to call me back within 48 hours. After 4 days passed, I decided to call Customer Service back myself. The lady on the phone said the manager at the Conn's store was suppose to contact me, so she forward my call to the store I purchased the bundle at. As I waited for the manager, someone hung up the phone at the store. I called the store back, talked to a salesperson and they told me to hold for the manager, while holding, the phone was hung up again. That location has horrible customer service .
